Shipping Information

Your product delivery is our top priority... and we ship hundreds of products every day to our happy customers around the world. However, since most of our warehouses are located in China, handling and shipping times may be vary, and we are unable to guarantee next-day delivery.

Processing Time: Once we receive your payment, we will immediately send your order to our suppliers for verification, quality control, and packaging, which may take an additional 1 - 4 days.

Delivery time: refers to the time until the goods are delivered from their warehouse to their destination. For shipments to the USA, we use ePack, a US Postal Service, which typically takes 7-14 days. For other international shipments, shipping times may be vary.

Tracking: as soon as your order has been sent to our suppliers, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number, so you can easily check the progress of the delivery at any time.

Please note that although most of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee this in all cases.
